Please read the terms & conditions below carefully before completing the booking form. If unsure please contact our office,
1. The accommodation will be an apartment or hotel at one of the Holiday Ownership Resorts who are taking part in the promotional offer. You will be required to attend a presentation and tour of the resort which you are staying at, explaining the true benefits of Holiday Ownership.
2. Please be advised that you are under no obligation to purchase anything in order to take this offer up, unless stated otherwise. Meals, air and ground travel is the sole responsibility of the person’s claiming this offer.
3. This offer will be open only to married couples and up to 2 accompanying children up to the age of 16 or couples similar living together for a minimum of 3 years and are travelling together. Also between the ages of 35-65 and who must be gainfully employed with a minimum joint income of £35,000 + or the equivalent and are homeowners.
4. This offer may not be redeemed for cash and this offer has no cash equivalent.
5. This offer is subject to availability.
6. Should the person’s not meet the requirements or do not fully complete the booking form the accommodation unfortunately will not be confirmed.
7. There may be some resorts that charge a refundable deposit in case of breakages or damage and utility charges such as electricity & water maybe required and tourist taxes maybe required for some destinations.
8. There are some resorts where administration fees or accommodation fees are required or where compulsory half board or where there is a compulsory all-inclusive charges are required, they are France, Dominican Republic, Egypt and Dubai. if unsure as to what this means please check with our office.
BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. To be able to booking a holiday 45 days notice must be given. It would help to book as far as possible in advance.
2. Three travel dates are needed and they must be at least 7 days apart, avoiding public holiday dates and peak season.
3. Once the booking form has been completed in full, return it to the below address along with the booking and handling fee of £99.00 per booking for European Destinations and £199.00 per booking for Worldwide Destinations. Please note payments need to be made either by PayPal, and email related to your PayPal account would be needed to that an invoice for the booking fee can be sent to you or bank transfers are accepted. Please note that the booking and handling fee is not charged until the accommodation has been confirmed by a resort within your chosen destination and chosen date. (Please note that dates maybe changed to allow for changeover days).
4. Once the booking has been confirmed a provisional confirmation will be sent out. This form will need to be completed and returned back to us within the specified time given. Then a final confirmation will be sent out to you and you will need to present this upon arrival at the resort.
5. Should you wish to change the date or destination once your booking has been confirmed there will be booking and handling fee of £25.00 per person to change the booking.
