Couples must be aged between 30 to 70 years of age at the time of travel

In permanent full-time employment with a combined annual income of US$50,000 + and demonstrate to have a legally recorded job

Both guests must be speak English fluently
Guest must have two forms of ID with them upon check in for tour either a driver’s license or passport
Will not be accepted if resident of Costa Rica or of Puerto Rico
Genuine single women will be accepted and may travel with one adult friend only
Groups of 3 or more are not permitted
Genuine single women travelling with their children or adult parents will be considered
No garden parties will be accepted, meaning no double couples/families wanting the same resort at the same time
If retired would need past occupations with a good private pension will be accepted if under 70 years of age at the time of travel
No single men will be accepted
Guest cannot attend any other sales presentation while travelling on this vacation in Puerto Rico
Additional Information:
If the Reservation is Booked and Confirmed, If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the trip, there will be a cancellation fee of $50 which the guest will be charged.
If the booking is cancelled within 72 hours there will be a cancellation fee of $200 which must be paid by the guest.
If the reservation is modified outside of 7 days from check-in there is no charge, however if the reservation is modified within the 7 days from check-in, the guest will be a 72 hour cancellation fee.
Non-Qualified and No Show:
The guest will be charged for the accommodation at the rack rate at the time of the check-in, the Rack Rate is $200.
Extras:
All guests will be required to pay a daily fee of $39.50 upon check in and includes 2 complimentary drink tickets, daily parking for 1 vehicle and a daily breakfast for up to 4 guests registered to the room
